Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can get busy and plans may change unexpectedly. However, I kindly request that clients provide a sufficient notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

1 Cancellations: I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Clients who fail to provide sufficient notice may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

2 Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late for their appointment, I may need to adjust the duration of the service or reschedule it for a later time. If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment and charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

3 No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without providing any notice, we may charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future appointments.

4 Deposits: I require a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice or fails to show up for their appointment.

5 Refunds: Refunds of deposit may be provided for cancellations made 24 hr before the scheduled appointment time or at my discretion.
